Inbox Connectl.com is completely compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Our system has been structured and has been refined to ensure we've met the highest standards.

Inbox Connect.com has a zero-tolerance SPAM policy. SPAMMERS will simply not be tolerated. Inbox Connect.com has support staff consistently and actively keeping track of larger list imports and emails going to a large volume of contacts. Any customer found using the Inbox Connect.com service for SPAM will be promptly suspended from use of the service.

We take this very seriously, and in doing so, we've also taken care to ensure that every one of our customers has an extremely high campaign delivery success rate.

What is SPAM?

SPAM is unsolicited email, also called junk mail or otherwise referred to as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). The only method of sending that is permitted are to those contacts that have DIRECTLY given permission to receive an email.

Inbox Connect.com is a permission-based email marketing tool that follows strict anti-SPAM permission-only guidelines:

Every email sent from Inbox Connect.com comes equipped with an unsubscribe link which immediately and automatically updates your contact lists to avoid the chance of sending unwanted emails to recipients who have unsubscribed. These contacts are then 'blocked' from receiving future mailings and being imports.

With the online subscription center offered by Inbox Connect.com you will get a link to the URL of the privacy policy that is required to accept with the use of our service. This policy indicates why you are accumulating the subscriber's email address, how you are going to use their address, that you will not sell or rent the address/information, and that you are following the policy as listed.

Inbox Connect.com will automatically email all of your new contacts a welcome email that will give them the opportunity to confirm their interest in receiving emails from you. If your new contact does not confirm their interest (double opt-in) then they are not added to your mailing list. Also, contacts can change their interests in your Subscription Center, therefore Inbox Connect.com automatically sends an email confirmation.

As is in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, every message sent from Inbox Connect.com is automatically filled in with your physical address.

The email header information is set for you by Inbox Connect.com and includes accurate information.

Laws Against SPAM

Inbox Connect.com strongly supports all Anti-Spam laws. The US federal Anti-Spam law went into effect on January 1, 2004. This law supercedes and preempts all local and state laws. While this new law does not outlaw SPAM entirely, it does make it far less attractive to potential SPAMmers. New laws and regulations are always being discussed and Inbox Connect.com closely monitors the situation to ensure you are always compliant.
